In response to your many requests, we’ve reopened and improved the TWHC forums, your venue for connecting to other 2011 registrants... and especially, for arranging childcare at the event or ride sharing from the airport and elsewhere.

Those of you driving all the way, could announce here how much room you have available in your vehicle, and what region they are leaving from or passing through. Most of you not driving all the way from your homes to the event, will end up flying into the Alb. airport and renting a car for the last leg of the trip, and may also want to post about ride share. Many folks will be happy to car pool with fellow conference goers, smartly splitting fuel and rental costs.

For reasons of legality and insurance, there is no official childcare provided at the conference. We do have a place on this Forum, however, where you can talk with other parents about arranging to take turns watching each other’s kids, possibly making it easier to pay attention to the classes.
